We carefully pack each order with intention and love, ensuring your decks arrive safely. All orders are shipped within Australia using trusted postal services. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing, plus standard delivery times once your parcel is on its way. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges
We hope your card decks arrive as beautifully as intended. If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
Due to the nature of oracle cards, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if something isn’t quite right, please email us at hello@sacredmoments.com.au and we’ll do our best to support you.
